It has been just over a year since the Oswegoland Park District purchased Fox Bend, and in keeping our promise to our residents, we have been making improvements to the facility as time and budget allows. Now it’s time for the restaurant!
In the past few weeks and months, there has been a transformation of the 19th Hole Bar & Grill to its new identity…Pearce’s. The name was chosen for its reference to early Oswego settlers, Daniel and Sarah Pearce, whose 1873 farmhouse still stands on Fox Bend Golf Course.
So what's different about Pearce’s? Pearce’s has the distinction of eclectic food choices, exceptional service, and a cozy character that sets it apart from the “chain” choices up and down Route 34. Pearce’s is the place “where friends gather” before or after their round, for drink specials, or an evening out with friends.
Claressa Cummins, the food and beverage manager, has been working with a restaurant consultant and our chef, Jaime, in designing “signature creations” that are as unique and enticing as the golf course view.
So stop in to enjoy Oswego's unique dining experience...Pearce's.
